Remove deprecated methods in-favour of new command aah migrate code #186

aah is bringing command aah migrate code (short form aah m c) in version 0.11.0 release. It is safe to remove deprecated methods from aah codebase. Since every upcoming release upgrade gonna be a breeze 😄
